CRDAC’s 1st Annual Virtual Advocacy Day
Join us for the first annual CA Rare Disease Access Coalition Virtual Advocacy Day on June 11th, 9 AM – 3 PM! This important advocacy event provides a chance for individuals, families and advocates of the rare disease community to come together and share a united voice. On June 11th, small groups of advocates will meet virtually and each group will have several online meetings with key Senators and Assembly members, or their staff. During the meetings, you will provide them information about rare disease. Participants will also advocate for funding of Medi-Cal, California Children’s Services (CCS) and the Genetically Handicapped Persons Program (GHPP) as well as encourage legislators’ support for AB 1887 and SB 1199.
