Participating in the Fall Advocacy Days was very important to me because I want to do everything I can to help raise awareness for all of those who are affected and living with rare diseases and disabilities.
I enjoyed hearing from so many people from all types of backgrounds. It was an amazing experience; I enjoyed meeting advocates from all over the state and outside of the state.
Living with my rare diseases cause me to have lots of challenges. I know I can get through everything with the help, support and Love from the Hemophilia Council of California.
Inclusion is extremely important in the rare disease community and it is up to all of us to come together and uplift one another.
I am forever thankful and grateful for this organization- it has changed my life for the better!!!
